Services Offered

Chiropractic Treatment of the Spine & Extremities

Adjusting the spine and extremities is the core of Dr. Lindsey’s chiropractic care. This treatment involves a hands on technique to perform minor movements of the joints in the spine and extremities. This high velocity, low amplitude treatment is effective for those who may have experienced misalignment due to a number of reasons, including intensive labor and traumatic accidents. In addition, it can promote natural healing benefits for the immune system, digestive system, and more.

D.O.T Physicals (Department of Transportation)

Dr. Lindsey Shaw is nationally certified in conducting D.O.T. driver examinations for commercial driver licenses (CDL). Exams are valid for up to 24 months. In addition to our weekday hours, we offer limited Saturday morning appointments. Contact our office to learn more or to schedule an appointment.

  NRCME Examiner Certification

Military Care Program

In an effort to honor the men and women of our armed forces who serve our country, we launched our military care program on 11-11-17. Soldiers face increased physical demands and risks of injury in their everyday duties. We seek to reduce the incidence of chronic pain and stress as an alternative to medications by offering our chiropractic services at a discounted rate to qualified active duty and military veterans (some restrictions apply). Please contact us to learn more about this program and see if you or a loved one qualifies to receive a care discount. Discount does not apply to massage, products or supplements.

Pregnancy Support & Pediatric Services

Dr. Lindsey can help you through each step of your pregnancy, helping you feel comfortable & more prepared to bring a new life into the world. Chiropractic care can also help children with both gross & fine motor development of the spine and extremities throughout your child’s major developmental milestones.

Cold & Moist Heat Therapies

If you are suffering from a recent soft tissue injury or are experiencing muscle spasms, cold and moist heat therapies are ideal treatments. The application of these therapies are applied to the affected area. Studies have shown that use of hot and cold may decrease pain and swelling and mitigate muscle spasms throughout the healing process.

Pain Relief, Nutritional, & Natural Healing Products

We offer a wide range of natural healing and nutrition products that help you look and feel your best. We are proud to offer Kool ‘N Fit pain relieving spray as a means of pain relief for muscle spasms and sore tissue.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Electrical muscle stimulation involves brief therapy sessions that aid the body in the healing process for both acute and chronic pain. The therapy method is applied through the output of very small electrical currents into the soft tissue injury or muscle spasm. In turn, the muscle and tissue area relaxes, which helps to reduce swelling, release trigger points and natural pain relievers (also known as endorphins!).

We offer massage treatments through a third-party entity within our practice. To learn more about massage therapy or to schedule an appointment, contact Massage 4Life at 608-343-9875.
